How to Register for Classes

To avoid cancelled classes and disappointment, register at least one week before the class begins. For registration assistance, please call the MVLA Adult School at (650) 940-1333.

Online:  The quickest way to register. You can register online, with no additional fee, 24 hours a day for many of our classes with a credit card on our secure server. Adults age 55+ should register for class sections designated Age 55+.

Mail:  Click on registration form and mail your form and payment to MVLA Adult School, 333 Moffett Boulevard, Mountain View, CA 94043. Personal check, VISA, or Mastercard accepted.

Fax:  You can fax the registration form to us at (650) 967-4699, 24 hours a day. Include complete credit card information.

Phone:  Call us at (650) 940-1333, Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. Please have complete credit card information and class choices ready.

Walk-In:  Drop by the main office at the MVLA Adult School, 333 Moffett Boulevard in Mountain View and register in person during our office hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm.

General Information

If there is not sufficient enrollment by the preregistration deadline, you will receive a refund. If you have pre-registered and we have not phoned you three (3) business days prior to the class start date, plan to attend the class(es) you have registered for. If there is sufficient enrollment and the deadline has passed, we may still have a space available for you. Call us at (650) 940-1333 to find out the status of the class(es) you are interested in. To keep costs down, we do not send confirmation cards.

Who Is Eligible to Register:  Classes are open to residents and non-residents 16 years and older. High school enrolled students, 16 years and older, may register for an adult education class for credit after getting approval from their home school and the MVLA Adult School office prior to registering or attending. Call the High School Office at (650) 967-7919.

Returned Checks:  If a check is returned to us due to insufficient funds, a $20 fee will be assessed. Continuing in the class will be contingent upon receiving full and valid payment.

Refund Policy:  Because the fees collected pay teachers' salaries, we must limit our refund policy. Refunds will only be given if requested one week before the first class meeting. We are sorry that we cannot accept medical, business, travel, or other reasons for not participating in a class.
